The following is a schedule of fees for activities commonly undertaken by this firm. They are not binding on either party unless specifically agreed to by both the firm and the client. This is established for the purpose of providing an estimate of expectations. This list is by no means exclusive. The advance listed will be an Advance as defined herein. The following presumes that complete and accurate data is provided by the client in a timely manner.

Including initial interview, review of the client-completed Estate planning Questionnaire in the form submitted by the firm, evaluation of the desires and needs of the client, proposal of a complete plan, and drafting of a standard Last Will, Living Trust, Durable Power of Attorney, and Living Will & Durable Medical Power of Attorney. Does not include probate or tax returns.
